The Jazz Base contains information about the history
of jazz in Norway. It includes discographic information
about jazz recordings involving Norwegian musicians
from 1905 up to today.
The search buttons at the top of the window let you search
the discography (not the biographies or historical articles).
You have a choice of Search or Advanced Search.
You will also find biographies, historical overviews,
photographs, sound clips, and a set of links to
musicians' and record companies' web sites etc.
This portal has been developed in cooperation between
the Norwegian Jazz Archives and the National Library of Norway.
